Fee Schedule
For all camps priced less than $2,300, a $495 deposit that is credited toward the cost of tuition is required upon application. For all camps priced between $2,300 and $3500, a $695 deposit that is credited toward the cost of tuition is required upon application. For all camps priced more than $3,500, a $995 deposit that is credited toward the cost of tuition is requred upon application. This deposit is not refundable unless a Tuition Protection Plan is purchased (see below) at the time of application. Payment for the remaining balance is due 45 days before the first day of the program in which the student is enrolled. Families may pay in full upon application.
Enrollment Process
Once application has been received for any of our programs by mail or online, the enrollment process begins and the initial deposit is nonrefundable unless a Tuition Protection Plan is purchased. Failure to complete the enrollment process for any of our programs also results in the forfeiture of the deposit unless a Tuition Protection Plan is purchased, and then all rules regarding our Tuition Protection Plan Policy are applicable. The responsibility lies with the family/student to complete the enrollment process by the due date stated in the enrollment packet. College Admission Prep Camps, Prep Camp Excel and A+ programs require the submission of official or unofficial transcripts for all grades completed at time of application. Summer Focus, A+ programs and CAPC Intensive require a minimum 3.0 GPA. Summer Focus program requires the submission of official transcripts, at least one academic letter of recommendation and the completion of a phone interview. All programs require that the student/family review and return camp enrollment forms (i.e. medical release forms, rules and regulations forms, enrollment agreement) and required payments and damage and/or key deposits sent to them by Education Unlimited. If, once the enrollment process is complete, a student is not accepted into an Education Unlimited program, all monies paid will be refunded.
Financial Aid
Need-based aid is available. Education Unlimited is committed to making programs available to students regardless of the ability to pay. We encourage all interested students to apply. Initial deposits must accompany all applications. Tax forms are required for consideration. For more information, click here.
Fees Cover
Residential program fees cover all classes, residence hall or hotel lodging for the duration of the program, all meals, all required workbooks and materials, planned recreational and evening activities, and camp memorabilia.
Fees Do Not Cover
Residential program fees do not include transportation to and from the program site (except Tours), optional $5 for camp shirt, optional calling card, spending and laundry money.
***Day camp fees do not cover lodging and meals, transportation to and from the program site, or spending money.
Student Responsibilities and Conduct
Students are expected to attend all scheduled events, classes, and seminars. Students must conduct themselves in a mature and responsible manner, following all program and/or school/University guidelines and fully respecting the rights of others. After application and upon acceptance to the program, students will be sent a follow-up packet with final enrollment materials. All forms must be completed, signed, and returned to Education Unlimited before a student may participate in any Education Unlimited program.
International Students
Please add $100 to the tuition. This fee is used to offset increased administrative, phone and mailing costs.
Tuition Protection Plan
Sometimes families must cancel their registration due to unforeseen circumstances and we are unable to issue refunds in such cases. We recommend that families purchase a Tuition Protection Plan. This protection plan provides a refund (including the normally non-refundable deposit but not the protection plan premium itself) if camp enrollment is cancelled by written notification prior to the start of the program. No refund is provided if the cancellation request is cancelled after the camp begins. The total fee for the protection plan is 10% of the total cost of the program before any discounts. Tuition Protection Plan can only by purchased on initial application, and cannot be added later. Tuition Protection Plan is not offered for the East Coast College Tour. This written cancellation policy is always binding and no verbal communication from EU staff can override the written policy. Only a financial officer of the company can approve a policy waiver. All requests for a waiver must be submitted in writing for the CEO or CFO to review.
Switching Programs
Because Education Unlimited incurs many non-recoverable fees once a student has enrolled in a program, switching from one program to another is considered to be two different transactions, (1) cancellation of the first camp and (2) enrollment in the second camp. Families that have purchased a Tuition Protection Plan for the cancelled program will be refunded the full amount due per our Tuition Protection Plan refund schedule. For families that have not purchased a Tuition Protection Plan, the camp fees paid are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to the new camp.
